Gully
Gully explained in an easy to understand way:

Imagine you're trying to keep your bedroom tidy, but every time you leave clothes on the floor, they start piling up and spreading out, creating a mess that's hard to manage. This is similar to how water erosion works; just as the clothes create paths through the room, water carves out channels in the soil over time. The neglected clothes are like the water in a gully; both are elements that move and accumulate, leading to a gradually expanding formation—whether it's a cluttered bedroom or a large soil channel.
