Promoter
Promoter explained in an easy to understand way:

Imagine you're trying to find the right address for a party in a bustling neighborhood. Just like how you rely on an address to guide you to the correct location, cells use a promoter region in DNA to direct an enzyme where to bind and start making RNA. In this analogy, the address is the promoter, guiding the enzyme (you) to the correct starting point (the party) so that the process of creating RNA (enjoying the party) can begin.
Practice Version

Promoter: A region of DNA which tells an enzyme where to bind, to make RNA. Promoter. A promoter is a DNA sequence that acts like a start signal for an enzyme to begin making RNA from DNA.
