Unbalanced Force

Unbalanced Force Definition

Unbalanced force explained in an easy to understand way:

Unbalanced Force Simple Definition

Imagine trying to push a heavy piece of furniture across a carpeted floor when you're the only one pushing. Just like how one person might struggle to move the furniture unless they exert enough force, an object will only change its motion if an unbalanced force acts upon it. The connection here is that just as you need to push harder to overcome friction and move the furniture, an unbalanced force must overcome other forces (like friction or gravity) to change an object's motion.
