Ozone

Ozone explained in an easy to understand way:

Imagine you're at the beach on a hot summer day, and you find a large umbrella to protect you from the sun's intense rays. Just like that umbrella shields you from getting sunburned, the ozone layer acts as Earth's umbrella, blocking harmful ultraviolet (UV) rays from the sun. In this analogy, the umbrella represents the ozone molecule composed of three oxygen atoms, creating a protective barrier that prevents UV rays from reaching and damaging the skin, much like how the ozone layer protects all life on Earth.
